All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at 20% (unless stated otherwise), in British pounds sterling (GBP) and will be billed in British pounds sterling. Victor Morris accepts debit and credit card payments online and also accepts payment by company or personal cheque. Be aware that if your credit card supplier operates using another currency, they will convert payment from British pounds sterling (GBP) to their operating currency at their current exchange rates. If paying by cheque, funds are required to have cleared before and services or products are shipped. Cheques will normally clear in three to five working days and these should be made payable to Victor Morris, 310 Argyle Street, Glasgow, G2 8LY. Victor Morris is only able to accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account and payable in GBP.
Products and services to be supplied within the United Kingdom are dispatched by our courier service. Please be aware that estimated delivery dates act as guides to when your products and/or services will be delivered. Victor Morris makes all reasonable efforts to ship your order the same day it is placed (Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm). We will normally process orders that day for immediate despatch and delivery within 1-2 working days. Whilst Victor Morris may not be able to guarantee an exact delivery date or time, we aim to deliver products and services to your shipping address within the time frame specified by us. Our standard carriage charge for UK MAINLAND DELIVERY starts at £6. Delivery to SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS is unfortunately a lot more expensive due to courier charges and begins at around £22. Should you wish to discuss delivery charges for your purchase then please do not hesitate to contact us. This is particularly beneficial if you are ordering a small/lightweight item such as a microphone or a couple of karaoke discs as these can obviously be posted for less than our default carriage charges.
Credit and debit card processing is handled in a secure manner using SagePay. Victor Morris does not see or store your card details at any time.
Should you wish to return any products or file any complaints regarding the services offered by Victor Morris all emails should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. You should include your full name and address, your telephone number, the WorldPay transaction ID and a complete description of any problems and/or issues. This should be done within seven days. Victor Morris aims to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any grievances.
Upon receiving your goods, you should immediately inspect all items for any damage. If the package looks tampered with or appears to have been damaged you should either refuse to accept it or mark the courier’s sheet to show this and accept your goods. Please inform Victor Morris immediately if you find any damage by emailing email@example.com. As with our returns policy, you should include all of the information outlined above. Victor Morris accepts no responsibility for damages reported after 24 hours of receipt.
